President's Speaker for the Arts: Leslie Odom Jr.

Leslie Odom, Jr., Tony Award winner for Best Leading Actor in a Musical for his portrayal of Aaron Burr in the blockbuster hit musical Hamilton will be the fourth UVA President’s Speaker for the Arts. The multi-talented entertainer will discuss his life and career, the impact of the arts on education, and on the world in which we live during a brief address followed by a moderated conversation with University of Virginia President Jim Ryan. Students, staff, faculty and members of the local community are all welcome to participate in this one-of-a-kind arts event.



General admission tickets are FREE and will be available starting Wednesday, January 9th at the following locations:

• Newcomb Information Desk (every day from 9 am to 9 pm)
• John Paul Jones Arena Box Office (weekdays from 10 am to 2 pm)
