In the Mindset of Martin (Exhibition)

In celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King’s 90th birthday, the School of Architecture is hosting an exhibition featuring select spatial/social justice design entries of two recent competitions in the mindset of Martin.  The first is the 2018 BDA Prize, Charlottesville Identity + Design, which sought proposals for site-specific works of public art embodying the values and aspirations of a diverse community,  and the second, the School’s National Organization of Minority Architects Conference (NOMAS) chapter’s student competition entry, Sapling Station.

 

An opening reception will be held Wednesday, January 23rd at 5pm.
