American Revolutionary: The Evolution of Grace Lee Boggs," tells the story of Boggs, a Chinese-American activist heavily involved in the Detroit Black Power movement. Rooted for 75 years in the labor, civil rights and Black Power movements, she challenges a new generation to throw off old assumptions, think creatively and redefine revolution for our times.

Join the Asian Leaders Council to watch the film in Newcomb Theater followed by a catered lunch and a discussion exploring solidarity, Asian-American activism, and what it means to take a stand.
