Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. UVA Health System Award

Established in 2013, the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. UVA Health System Award is presented annually to a student, faculty, or staff member of the UVA Health System who embodies Dr. King's values and teachings in the areas of cultural competence, health care disparities, and/or fostering an environment of inclusiveness.

This year's featured speaker is UVA Alumnus Dr. Bryant Cameron Webb.

The event will include a luncheon and community panel discussion with: Pam Sutton-Wallace (UVA Health System CEO), Dorrie Fontaine (Dean of the School of Nursing), and Dr. David Wilkes (Dean of the School of Medicine).
